Get ready for a night of literary enlightenment! Sanctuary City anthology proudly joins San Francisco's premier literary festival Litquake's famous Lit Crawl. Our reading will feature Jyoti Bachani, Saswati Das, Rose Heredia, Alka Roy, Pranjali Sirasao, and Kennneth Wong, and will take place at the Artillery Art Gallery on Mission Street.

Sanctuary City is a vibrant poetry & art anthology focused on immigrant and migrant community voices from around the Bay Area. Some poetry will be read in languages other than English, and translations into English will be provided. We seek to foster more positive and complicated conversations about the courage and creativity of immigrant communities during the Trump era.
